Most of our beginner and intermediate courses have no prerequisites — just a passion for baking! Advanced courses such as Advanced Pâtisserie require completion of a foundational course or equivalent professional experience. Each course page lists any specific requirements.

All ingredients, professional-grade tools, and equipment are provided during in-person classes. You'll work with the same high-quality tools used in professional bakeries. Students receive a branded apron and recipe booklet to keep. For online classes, a materials list is sent one week before the course starts.

Yes! All students who successfully complete a course receive an official bak.ae certificate of completion. Our certificates are recognized by the Dubai Culinary Institute and can be used to support professional development and job applications in the UAE hospitality industry.

Our in-person classes are limited to 15 students to ensure personalized attention and hands-on practice. Online classes can accommodate up to 25 participants with breakout rooms for interactive sessions. This allows our instructors to provide detailed feedback to every student.

Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations made 7–14 days before receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future course. No refunds are issued within 7 days of the start date, but you may transfer your spot to another person at no charge.

Yes, we offer interest-free installment plans for courses over AED 2,000. You can split your payment into 2–4 monthly installments through Tabby or Tamara. We also accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and Apple Pay.

Our main campus is located in Dubai Design District (d3), featuring state-of-the-art professional kitchens. We also hold select workshops at our Dubai Knowledge Park facility. Both locations are easily accessible by metro and offer free parking for students.

Yes! We offer live online classes and hybrid options for many of our courses. Online classes feature real-time video instruction, interactive Q&A, and recorded replays for 30 days. Hybrid students attend some sessions in person and others online for maximum flexibility.

Our primary language of instruction is English. Select courses are also offered in Arabic, and we provide Russian and French translation support upon request for groups of 5 or more. All course materials, recipe booklets, and certificates are available in English, Arabic, Russian, and French.

Just bring yourself and your enthusiasm! We provide all ingredients, tools, aprons, and equipment. We recommend wearing comfortable closed-toe shoes and tying back long hair. If you have any food allergies, please inform us at enrollment so we can make accommodations.

We have partnerships with several hotels near our Dubai Design District campus offering discounted rates for bak.ae students. Studio apartments in the area start from AED 250 per night. Our admissions team can help arrange accommodation and provide visa support letters upon enrollment.
